Every job follows the same structured, stage clean so builders, developers, and homeowners get a consistent, reliable result regardless of site size or trade mess left behind. We tailor our process to fit your schedule and your system. Stage 1 & 2 can be completed in one day or staggered. Stage 3 is to ensure that the customer gets the best handover experience. This staged approach means dust doesn't get "cleaned in" and missed it's the reason our finishes hold up under a builder's final inspection or a client's first walkthrough.

A Systemised Process, Every Time

Stage 1 — Rough Clean

Bulk debris, packaging, offcuts, and heavy dust removed. Floors swept and prepped, high-volume waste cleared, surfaces made safe to work around.

Stage 2 — Detailed Clean

More often completed same day as 1. Room-by-room deep clean: cabinetry inside and out, skirting, architraves, light fittings, switches, tracks, and window frames. Bathrooms and kitchens fully degreased and sanitised. Windows and glass cleaned inside and out.

Stage 3 — Final Presentation Clean

The polish pass. Fine dust resettled from Stage 2 work is removed, floors finished to their intended shine, and every surface checked against our sign-off standard before handover.
